A healthy lifestyle is something that must be done every day.

With a healthy lifestyle, at least you protect yourself from various diseases that will attack your body, for example the Covid-19 virus.

Sometimes people plan or aim to completely overhaul their lifestyle. This is the root of disappointment and guilt. It's best to focus on the one or two most important goals that come first.

2. Think it Through

Choosing what's most important can sometimes be confusing. For this New Year's exercise resolution, try to concentrate on what impacts your happiness, health, and sense of fulfillment.

There's a principle in exercise science called FITTE, which stands for frequency, intensity, time, type and enjoyment. Enjoyment is the most important.
